The hectic rush and push of daily life leaves you feeling out of center with yourself ten days out of ten. It's a good idea to master breathing relaxation techniques life skills so that you remain alert, focused and moving forward throughout your days.

Imagine that you turn that hour glass over so that the sand is now at the top. That sand starts trickling down slowly in a measured way into the empty half of the hour glass. At last. There is movement. The heaviness is now shifting and lightening.
Slowly, over the course of the emptying of the top half of the hour glass, the heaviness of the top is transferred to the bottom. What was once heavy, lifeless and solid is now lighter, movement-filled and adapting flexibly to the pull of gravity.
The question now is this: when the bottom half of the hour glass again fills up and all movement from top to bottom stops, what is the next natural action that continues the process of moving with the force of gravity whilst allowing movement, fluidity and lightening?
Having experienced the transformation from heavy, lifeless and solid to light, movement-filled and adapting flexibly to flow with the law of gravity, the natural thing to do is to again turn the hour glass over so that the downward movement of the sand from top to bottom repeats itself.
